Los Angeles-based Gelber Realty Corp. has now listed the onetime WesCorp property at 936/960 Overland Court in San Dimas, Calif.
Asking price: $11 million to buy the 75,000-square-foot complex and its 264 parking spaces.
Alternatively the property is available for rent at $1.60 per square foot per month.
Realtor Steven Gelber indicated that the facility is not presently occupied by Western Bridge and “it has no present credit union tenants.”
Gelber said that at onetime WesCorp had used a portion of the property for various back office functions.
The main WesCorp headquarters is at another, nearby San Dimas address.
The current owner of 936/960 Overland Court is the U.S. government.
