The NCUA has prohibited Brian Zimmerman, the former manager of the LEBCO Educators FCU in Lebanon, Pa., from participating in the affairs of federally insured financial institutions.
The agency said that Zimmerman denied any fault but "consented to a prohibition order to avoid the time and expense of litigation."
The NCUA didn't state what Zimmerman was accused of doing and a check of the archives of area newspapers didn't reveal any information.
