The 217,000 members of the $4.1 billion Teachers Federal Credit Union in Farmingville, N.Y., will now be offered a range of e-statement options.

TFCU is adding the solution to its business with CUBUS Solutions in Livermore, Calif., the company and credit union said.

The CU said adding the e-statement service to its existing use of CUAlerts from CUBUS Solutions is part of its efforts to go paperless and improve member service. The solution provides several years of month-end, credit card, mortgage and tax statements in PDF format.

“Adding the CUBUS electronic statements system is not only paper reducing and environmentally responsible, but also extends our philosophy of offering a full-service online solution that is convenient and easy for our members to use,” said TCFU's Myk Valentin, senior vice president of information systems.

TFCU has been a customer for more than eight years, said John-Ashley Paul, CEO at CUBUS Solutions, which he said now provides statements, alerts, notices, remote deposit capture and other services to 95 credit unions.
