A new board of managers has been elected at Ongoing Operations LLC in Hagerstown, Md., a provider of business continuity services to about 140 credit unions.
The new chairman is Jeff Goff, vice president of administration for the $140 million HEW FCU in Washington, D.C., while Bruno Sementilli, CEO of the $687 million Quorum FCU in Purchase, N.Y., is vice chair.
Jeff Arvai, CEO of the $172 million Transportation FCU in Washington, D.C., is board secretary and Sean Zimmerman, vice president of operations and technology at the $2.4 billion Tower FCU in Laurel, Md., is treasurer.
Ongoing Operations was founded as a CUSO in 2005 by a handful of Washington, D.C.-area credit unions and now offers data backup and recovery, co-location, workspace, connectivity and Web and cloud-based solutions from facilities in Hagerstown, Md., Middleton, Va., Longmont, Colo., and Phoenix.
"We are very fortunate to have such dedicated industry executives serve on the board," said Kirk Drake, CEO of Ongoing Operations. "Their firsthand knowledge and experience in credit unions along with a desire to facilitate new collaborative solutions will serve our clients well."
Goff has been vice chair for several years and succeeds former Northwest FCU CEO Juri Valdov as chairman, the company said.
