Norristown Bell Credit Union, Blue Bell, Pa., is mourning the loss of board director Nicholas Molinaro, who died at the age of 74.

A member of the board of directors and corporate governance director since January 2010, Molinaro was an active member of the community. He retired in 1991 as postmaster of the Plymouth Meeting Post Office and served as an active parish member of Visitation BVM Church.

Well known in the community for his generous spirit, in addition to serving on the NBCU board, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, a past grand knight of Father Tomko Assembly and a member of the Norristown Bocce Club. Molinaro was also a member of the Sons of Italy Social Club and Norristown Exchange Club. He is survived by his sister, three sons and eight grandchildren.
