The $4.1 billion Teachers Federal Credit Union in Farmingville, N.Y., is adding an e-statement solution to its business with CUBUS Solutions in Livermore, Calif., the company and credit union said.
The 217,000-member CU said adding the e-statement service to its existing use of CUAlerts from CUBUS Solutions is part of its efforts to go paperless and improve member service. The solution several years of provides month-end, credit card, mortgage and tax statements in PDF format.
“Adding the CUBUS electronic statements system is not only paper reducing and environmentally responsible, but also extends our philosophy of offering a full-service online solution that is convenient and easy for our members to use,” said TCFU's Myk Valentin, senior vice president of information systems of Teachers Federal Credit Union.
TFCU has been a customer for more than eight years, said John-Ashley Paul, CEO at CUBUS Solutions, which he said now provides statements, alerts, notices, remote deposit capture and other services to 95 credit unions.
