There's new leadership at TAPCO Credit Union.

Carlyn Roy, former executive vice president/COO at the $688 million OSU Federal Credit Union in Corvallis, Ore., has been tapped as the $260 million Tacoma, Wash., credit union's new CEO.

Roy has more than 25 years of credit union experience and was vice president of lending services at the Oregon Credit Union League prior to her time at OSU FCU.

While at the league, Roy developed and led one of the first credit union lending call centers in the country and the Oregon branch of a national mortgage corporation servicing credit unions.

In addition to serving on many local community boards, she has been active in the credit union industry with positions ranging from consultant and conference speaker, to contributing editor for CUNA publications. Roy is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and Western CUNA Management School.
