The $867 million Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union in Gardena, Calif., has signed a multi-year agreement for online banking and customization services from Connect Financial Software Solutions of Salt Lake City, the company and credit union said.

Mobile applications and integrated third-party customized features will be part of the package to meet operating and member needs, Northrop Grumman FCU and Connect FSS said.

"These capabilities, as well as several other advanced enhancements over the coming months will provide seamless back office integration, advanced marketing tools, and extensive member self-service options," said Grant Parry, Connect FSS president.

"We have very technology-savvy members, who expect the ability to perform a number of functions online that simply are not available with the many providers we considered," said Rob Harloe, vice president of technology at Northrop Grumman FCU.

The 50,000-member credit union has 20 branch and ATM locations in six states and volunteer service locations in three states.
