CUBUS Solutions has added a funds transfer solution to the lineup of online banking software it offers to credit unions.

The CUTransfers solution is core-agnostic and provides account-to-account and person-to-person payments supported by security features including fraud mitigation and account verification using micro deposit and withdrawal verification processes, the company said.

The $868 million IBM Southeast Federal Credit Union has replaced a largely manual process with CUTransfers and said it has now made online transfers a convenient self-service offering for its 77,000 members.

“Debit and credit payments were a particular area that we were looking to take online as we have members spread out throughout the country and branches in three states,” said Regina Clarin, payments manager for the credit union in Boca Raton, Fla.

“Today's consumers want more comprehensive tools when it comes to online funds transfers, and we wanted to complement our existing product suite with a fast, convenient, and secure solution,” said John-Ashley Paul, CEO of CUBUS Solutions.

The Livermore, Calif., company said it now serves 95 credit unions. Its offerings include e-statements, alerts and notices, remote deposit capture and rewards checking programs.
