The developer of the mobile remote check deposit platform used by many of the major vendors to credit unions said it has been granted four new patents for its RDC technology.
Mitek Systems said the protections cover its "Point, Shoot and Deposit" solution and that the four new patents expand on one issued last August by the U.S. Patent Office.
The mobile RDC solution supports iPhone, BlackBerry and Android devices. Mitek said its client list of white-label users include Fiserv Inc., Jack Henry & Associates, FIS, Wausau Financial Systems, CheckAlt Payment Solutions, Bluepoint Solutions and VSoft.
