The former chairman of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, Ronald Lasich, 66, of Bridgeville, has died.

Lasich, president/CEO of the $30 million Visionary FCU, had served as the elected PCUA head from 2002-2004 and was also chairman of the foundation from 2004-2006.

Lasich, who died June 4, was a member of PCUA's Credit Union House Hall of Leaders and was instrumental in the recent overhaul of the PCUA Board and change in governance process. He also developed a special PCUA area at Credit Union House in Washington.
