Vertifi Software LLC is now offering a mobile banking application specifically for the iPad, including remote deposit capture using the camera on the iPad 2.
The $4.3 billion Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union of Live Oak, Texas, is the first user of the app from the subsidiary of EasCorp of Burlington, Mass.
The app provides remote check deposit through the iPad 2's camera and includes balances and transaction histories, transfers, loan payments, archived check images and secure messaging.
