The latest consultant offering his services to credit unions is well known to the industry.
Longtime credit union executive Mark Arnold has launched a new consulting firm, On the Mark Strategies.
For the past 12 years, Arnold served as senior vice president for Neighborhood Credit Union in Dallas. Under Arnold's leadership, the credit union changed its name from DPCU, conducted a major brand campaign, introduced innovative products like the Prize Savings Account and Kasasa Cash, formed partnerships with major select employee group such as Six Flags, developed a minority education program to reach the Hispanic community, started a business services division and created block parties in lieu of grand openings.

"Helping credit unions succeed is what it is all about," said Arnold of the move out on his own. "To get to work with credit unions every single day is a blessing. I hope to continue providing credit unions valuable information to help them improve their organizations."
Arnold also serves on the faculty of Southwest CUNA Management School and is a lead instructor for CUNA's Marketing Management School.
