In the past couple of weeks, I have seen many credit union marketers send out resignation letters. I wondered, what would be the reasons they would leave their credit union? What better industry is out there, where "people helping people" is the core philosophy?

But then again, I thought about it and some of these people already foreshadowed leaving by saying things like: "I'm restricted," "I know you are right, but I cannot make this decision," "this is how we always do it and that is what the executives feel comfortable with,"  and "no matter what idea I bring up it gets turned down" – any of this sound familiar?
