The 8,000 members of the $71 million Members Federal Credit Union in Aurora, Colo., will now have the ability to sign loan documents by Internet or smartphone.
Members FCU said the service from Seattle-based DocuSign will enable the credit union to better serve its members, especially in rural areas. The credit union's FOM includes the city of Aurora and the state's regional rural electric associations.
"By using DocuSign, we will be able to expedite the loan process for our remote members," said Curtis Gardner, vice president of member services.
