The $2.7 million Vensure Federal Credit Union in Mesa, Arizona, has become the second federal credit union to be conserved in 2011, the NCUA said Friday.

The agency's announcement set the CU's assets at $4.7 million and 144 members, but the agency's data site reported its assets as of Dec. 31 to be $2.7 million and 94 members.

There was no data available for the end of March 2011.

The agency data also reported that the credit union had a net worth ratio of 33.52% as of Dec. 31 and had net income of almost $592,000 for the year.

The credit union had been chartered in 1955 and served employees of Vensure Employer Services Inc. and its subsidiaries Vensure HR Inc. and Vensure HR Arizona LLC.

The agency conserved the $2.2 million Greensburg Community FCU in Greensburg, Pa., in February.
