Cincinnati's New Horizons Credit Union appointed a new president on Monday: Gary Hesse, the former chief financial officer of the $65 million Cintel Federal Credit Union, also based in Cincinnati.

"After a national search, my fellow directors and I are very pleased that Hesse is joining our organization. His knowledge of the local market will allow our organization to continue grow and service our more than 7,000 members," stated Sheila Shy, chair of the New Horizons board.

Hesse will be succeeding LeRoy Wilder, who is set to retire on April 1. New Horizons CU has six branches and an asset size of $50 million.
