Open Solutions Inc. of Glastonbury, Conn., and PSCU Financial Services of St. Petersburg, Fla., have reached an agreement that integrates the big CUSO's contact center services with the core processor's flagship DNA platform.

PSCU said the new agreement expands on a prior shared branch exchange arrangement and now allows it to directly access the DNA host platform used by approximately 400 credit unions.

PSCU said that enables TMC center staff to more closely replicate the credit union's own call center functions, including full history, placing holds, ACH warehouse information, card limits and assessing fees.

The first credit union to use the new arrangement is the $3 billion Bank-Fund Staff FCU in Washington, D.C., PSCU said.

PSCU said it now provides member services to 136 credit unions through its TMC centers in Florida, Michigan and Arizona, and that more than 1,500 financial institutions overall use the contact centers for at least one kind of service, including new member and new account services.
