SecureWorks is now Dell SecureWorks.
The Texas-based computer giant said today it has completed its acquisition of the Atlanta-based provider of information security services to more than 3,000 customers worldwide, including more than 600 credit unions.
The sale was announced last month. Terms were not disclosed. Dell has said it plans to retain what is now Dell SecureWorks' operations and staff and expand its offerings as part of Dell's "IT-as-a-Service" offerings.
