Longtime FORUM Credit Union President/CEO Gary Irvin has retired, effective Dec. 31, 2010.
Irvin, who served the Indianapolis-based credit union for 30 years, 12 years as president/CEO, said several factors influenced his decision to retire, including the health of his elderly father and the arrival of another grandchild.
"I feel the time is right both personally and for the credit union for me to make this decision. FORUM has a solid foundation for the future and capable leadership within the board and senior executive team," said Irvin.

While the board begins the search for a new leader, Chief Risk Officer Michael Peterson has been tapped as interim CEO.
