eDOC Innovations said it has signed a 52nd credit union as a user of the document-management specialist's CheckLogic branch capture and electronic image forward collection processing system.

The Midway, Utah, firm also said that 25 people from eight credit unions, a corporate and a CUSO attended a recent users group meeting it held in Middlebury, Vt., traveling from locations that included South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Maine and Massachusetts.

Best practices and strategies for electronic document and Check 21 functions were the topic, as were the future of the corporate network and opportunities with eDOC and its affiliates in the cuasterisk.com network.

"In the changing credit union industry collaboration has become a vital piece in the success of each credit union," said Bret Weekes, president/CEO of eDOC Innovations, which said it now serves more than 400 clients.

Meanwhile, the $56 million Firefighters CU of LaCrosse, Wis., said it has gone live with eDOC's Check 21 solutions at two branches. eDOC said the institution is the 42nd credit union to go live with CheckLogic and the 52nd client overall.
