Check 21 provider Bluepoint Solutions is offering more than a thousand natural person credit unions free upgrades and immediate transition to a direct license for its services in the wake of the troubles at WesCorp and Southwest Corporate.

"We are taking the lead from the NCUA corporate system resolution plan and doing whatever we can to guarantee the continuity of payment services to credit unions and members," said Hal Tilbury, CEO and founder of Bluepoint Solutions in Vista, Calif.

"The goal of the program is to allow these credit unions to continue using our solution that they know and trust without having to retrain their employees or make an additional financial investment," Tilbury said. He said more than 1,000 credit unions are running his company's branch capture solutions through the two corporates.
