Ent Federal Credit Union has launched its new online banking system, featuring a number of new personal finance and security features, according to the $3.1 billion, 201,000-member institution in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The new site at www.ent.com is now being actively used by 88,000 of the credit union's 200,000 members and includes a financial dashboard that can make transfers while showing account balances, recent transactions and budget snapshot on one screen.
More detailed budgeting features, including spending and savings tracking and goals tools, also are included, as are mobile banking and a member-selected secure image and phrase feature to help enhance security.
The credit union-which also has 27 service centers in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver-worked with Online Resources Corp. of Chantilly, Va., to create the new online banking system.
"Ent is pleased to offer our members an upgraded, more sophisticated online banking system. We believe the new system delivers what they have been asking for by adding tools and convenience to their online banking experience," said Chad Graves, Ent's vice president of information technology.
Online Resources Corp., one of the pioneers of online banking for credit unions, said it now provides online banking, payments and other solutions to approximately 2,000 financial institutions, including about 450 credit unions.
