CUDL, an indirect and point-of-purchase auto lending solutions CUSO, has announced a new partnership agreement with Tampa, Fla.-based GTE Federal Credit Union. The CU will incorporate CUDL's products and programs to enhance its lineup of member product offerings and services and maximize its process and cost efficiencies.
"Our decision to partner with CUDL was an easy one and is based on our goals to provide a point-of-purchase resource to our members, enhancing our relationship with our members, and further advancing our credit union's ability to retain member loans," said Joe Brancucci, president/CEO of GTE FCU.
GTE FCU serves 180,000 members in the Florida communities of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Citrus counties and has $1.5 billion in assets. The partnership with GTE FCU further expands CUDL's growing presence in Florida's central region.
As a result of the partnership, the credit union will also incorporate CUDL's AutoSMART and SMART Approval programs, which help credit union members navigate through the auto research and buying process while also helping credit unions extend their brand and member offerings. Additionally, the programs enable CUs to provide their members with a simple and convenient online pre-approval application and loan decision.
