After serving in the acting role since Aug. 1, REALTORS Federal Credit Union has named Jane Pannier its new president/CEO.

Pannier succeeds Tom Glatt, Sr., who left the Rockville, Md.-based CU Aug. 1 to relocate to New Jersey where his wife recently secured a CEO position. Glatt had served as president/CEO of REALTORS FCU since December 2008.

Prior to assuming the acting CEO position, Pannier served as executive vice president, general counsel and compliance officer at REALTORS FCU. Before coming to the CU, she was a partner with The Rochdale Group, a credit union consulting firm. Pannier also served as senior compliance counsel for NAFCU and director of its regulatory compliance department. She also served as CEO for the then-UAW Federal Credit Union.

"We are growing at a rapid pace and continue to find new ways to better serve our members. I am confident that with the support of an outstanding senior management team and an incredibly hard-working and dedicated staff we will be successful in meeting our strategic goals," said Pannier.

REALTORS FCU Chairman Mike Brodie said, "There was no need to do a large search to fill the position. We knew right away that Jane would be the perfect candidate and has certainly solidified our decision in the past few weeks."

The credit union was launched in 2008 and serves the National Association of REALTORS.
