Greater Nevada Credit Union, Carson City, Nev., hired Patty Little as loss mitigation manager. Little will oversee loss-mitigation activities such as repossession, remarketing, bankruptcies and loan modifications. With over 15 years of experience in the business, Little has served as training manager with Harley Davidson Financial Services, operations manager and process/project manager.

Cyprus Credit Union, West Jordan, Utah, promoted Juan Andreade, a seven-year staffer with experience in lending and collections, to the position of manager at a West Valley City branch. Andrade is pursuing his degree in business management at the University of Phoenix.

HarborOne Credit Union, Brocton, Mass., appointed Jacqueline Mayo as branch administrations officer. Mayo will use her 30 years of experience in the banking industry to work with retail branches and secure compliance with operational, regulatory and fraud policies. Before arriving at HarborOne, Mayo served as vice president and regional operations manager at Sovereign Bank in Sandwich, Mass. Mayo graduated from the Massachusetts School for Financial Studies.

Veridian Credit Union, Waterloo, Iowa, announced that Erica Andersen will assume the position of business development coordinator. A graduate of Iowa State University, Andersen earned her bachelor's degree in finance and previously served as branch manager at Greater Iowa Credit Union. Andersen currently serves as an ambassador with the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and is chairman of the Chamber's Young Professionals Group.

Bellco Credit Union, Greenwood Village, Colo., promoted LeeAnn Downey and Sandra Sagehorn-Elliot to administrative positions. Downey, former vice president of human resources who has been with the credit union for nearly seven years, will serve as senior vice president of organizational development. Prior to her work at Bellco, Downey held the position of human resource vice president for Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Co. and holds a B.S. in business administration. Sagehorn-Elliot, former vice president of customer relationship management, was promoted to senior vice president/chief operating officer and will oversee all member service areas. She has formerly held management positions of USBank and Stutsman County State Bank and holds a B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

St. Mary's Bank, Manchester, N.H., announced that Pam McKinnon and Marco Laferriere were hired as business development and retail sales managers at Londonderry and Nashua/Hudson locations. The two will manage daily branch operations in addition to handling business development initiatives. McKinnon will assume management of the Londonderry branch and Laferriere has been assigned to the Nashua/Hudson location.

Heritage Federal Credit Union, NewBurgh, Ind., named Steven Bugg chief marketing and member service officer. Bugg previously served as vice president of marketing and business development. He has been with the credit union for almost three years and will now assume all branch networking responsibilities, including call center, facilities, marketing, business development and sales oversight. In addition, Bugg will continue to serve on the executive and strategic teams. Lynette McClusky has also been promoted and will serve as director of marketing, taking responsibility for day-to-day management of advertising, research, media and communications. McClusky formerly held the position of marketing communications manager and has served at the credit union for over two years.

University of Hawai'i Federal Credit Union, Honolulu, announced the re-election of Kenji Sumida, Farouk Wang and Edward Yuen to its board of directors. The three will join the rest of the board in their responsibility to provide strategic direction and oversee company management. The credit union also announced that Travis T. Bow will assume the role of vice president of member support. Bow previously served as the security and systems manager and has been with the credit union since 2001. Bryan T. Anderson was also promoted to vice president of member services where he will oversee branch operations. Anderson has experience as district sales manager for Beneficial Financial and joined UHFCU in 2009. Debra R. Wilson has been elevated to the position of member services manager. Wilson previously served as financial services liaison for UHFCU Investment services and has been with the credit union since 1978.

NuMark Credit Union, Joliet, Ill., honored five members with its President's Club Award for member services. Miranda Castillo, Naomi Martinez, Helen Puente, Sandy Macintosh and Diane Tordai were recognized for overachievements in sales, service and training and received cash prizes as well as a dinner with the management team.

cPort Credit Union, Portland, Maine, celebrated IRA program manager Ginnie Konan's 50th year of employment with the credit union. Gene Ardito, president/CEO of the credit union, honored the rare milestone as a testament to the organizations stability and thanked Konan for her services and expertise. Konan currently has no plans for retirement.

University of Iowa Employees Credit Union, Champaign, Ill., named Jane Brockway, financial adviser/VP wealth management a Woman of Distinction. The award, given by CUNA Brokerage Services, recognizes Brockway for excellent performance, value and overall contribution to the credit union industry. Brockway participates in a mentorship program that promotes the financial education of women and has expanded her services to more than 800 households. 2009 marked the third consecutive year that Brockway has been honored with the Woman of Distinction Award.

Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, announced John Thiessen's promotion to the position of facilities manager. Thiessen will coordinate the maintenance of all the Texas facilities, train personnel, and oversee the directing sub-contractors. With more than 14 years of experience in facility maintenance, Thiessen served as director facilities for Grace Point Church and also held the position of building superintendent at Mayfield Care Center.

Wauna Federal Credit Union, Clatskanie, Ore., selected IS Technician George Roy as the employee of the quarter for his services to members. Roy often offers assistance to problems outside of his technical responsibilities and brings determination to the workplace, seeking out solutions to problems until they are resolved. Roy is granted the option to choose between an extra paid day off or $100.
