PSCU Financial Services launched a new collection service, TOTALCollections, that provides targeted efforts for every loan product.
The collections solution combines credit union branded out-bound calling with collector-controlled actions.
"TOTALCollections offers a seamless, one-touch collection," said Mike Yatros, interim CEO, PSCU Financial Services. "Deploying the best available collection technology, TotalCollections is able to link members with multiple delinquent loans so that our collectors can address the total debt due with one call. This maximizes productivity and delivers greater cost efficiencies," said Yatros.

TotalCollections is an extension of PSCU's credit card collections service CUCollect, which delivers over 500,000 calls to credit union cardholders monthly and has an 80% right-party-connect ratio.
