The NCUA Board will hold a special closed meeting to discuss unspecified "supervisory activities" next Thursday, the agency announced today.

The special meeting, the second such session this year, is scheduled to take place at 9:30 a.m. ET at NCUA headquarters in Alexandria, Va.

During 2009 at the height of the financial crisis, the board held three special meetings.
