HarborOne Credit Union, Brockton, Mass., announced that Barry Koretz was appointed chairman of the board of directors. Koretz is the president of BKA Architects in Brockton and a lifelong Brockton businessman. He holds a bachelor of architecture degree from Clemson University.

St. Mary's Bank, Manchester, N.H., announced Pam McKinnon and Marco Laferriere joined the credit union as business development and retail sales managers for the Londonderry and Nashua/Hudson locations. With 16 years of experience in retail sales, McKinnon has held several positions with Citizens Bank, most recently working as branch manager at their Merrimack location. Laferriere joins the credit unions from Bank of America, where he served as branch manager in Nashua. With over 20 years of experience in retail sales, he previously worked at Digital Federal Credit Union as the branch manager and held the same position at Sovereign Bank.

Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, Harrisburg, Pa., announced the results of their 2010 election of officials. All three incumbents were reelected. They are Frank Breiner, Joseph Sassano and George J. West. Leonard M. Knepp was re-elected to the credit committee. The board also announced their officers for 2010. R. Brian Wilbur will serve another term as board chair. Serving in the capacities of vice chair, treasurer and secretary/assistant treasurer are Sassano, West and Breiner, respectively.

SOUTH

Local Government Federal Credit Union, Raleigh, N.C., announced the addition of six new advisory council members to six of its 22 councils across the state. New additions were Susan Nixon, Deborah Disbrow, Jake Hagler III, Scott Buffkin, Debbie Grymes, Shonda Corbett. The credit union also announced the addition of Delia D'Ambra and Ian Harris to its youth advisory council, “Our Generation?Speakin' Up.”

MIDWEST

OMNI Community Credit Union, Battle Creek, Mich., announced Ed Mounce, commercial services manager, was nominated by the regional director of small business and technology development center of Western Michigan University for the Financial Services Champion of the Year award. The award is a part of “Michigan Celebrates Small Business” and is specifically dedicated to those individuals or organizations that advocate small business by increasing the availability of financial services.

WEST

Bellco Credit Union, Greenwood Village, Colo., announced the promotion of LeeAnn Downey from vice president of human resources to senior vice president of organizational development.?Downey has been with the credit union for nearly seven years. She holds a bachelor's in business administration from Colorado State University and is pursuing her master's degree in human resource development. Sandra Sagehorn-Elliott was also promoted from vice president of customer relationship management to senior vice president/chief operating officer. She has been with the credit union since 2000 and holds a bachelor's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Idaho Advantage Credit Union, Boise, Idaho, announced that Brenda Briggs was promoted to branch manager at its downtown branch and Evelyn Fox was promoted to branch manager of its Orchard Pointe branch. Briggs has been with the credit union since 2005 and was previously the new accounts member services representative at the Emerald Branch. Fox has been with the credit union for more than 20 years and was previously a loan officer at the Emerald Branch.

Pacific Service Credit Union, Walnut Creek, Calif., announced that Linda Rodriguez was promoted to assistant vice president of sales and service. Rodriguez has been with the credit union for 12 years.?She has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry with credit unions in Vacaville and San Diego before she joined the credit union in 1998.?

Wauna Federal Credit Union, Clatskanie, Ore., announced that Shirley Anthony celebrated 20 years of service to the credit union. Anthony is the accounting specialist in the credit union's administration office. The credit union also announced the selection of Robert Gibson, Astoria account specialist, as the employee of the quarter.
