Share One, a 65-client core processing CUSO based in Memphis, Tenn., has re-elected two credit union CEOs to its board and added a third.

Re-elected to continue in their current seats were Roger Early of $90 million Northern Star CU in Portsmouth, Va., and Chuck Bumbarger of $413 million University CU in Los Angeles, the company said.

Robert Michael of $41 million CORE CU in Statesboro, Ga., is replacing Charlie Carpenter, retired president/CEO of $18 million Service 1st CU in Tampa, Fla.

The board also includes credit union CEOs Lynn Huether of $133 million Class Act FCU in Louisville, Ky., and Phipps McGee of $1.2 billion Eglin FCU in Fort Walton Beach, Fla, and former credit union executive Charles Easley.

Share One staff on the board are President/CEO Daryl Tanner, Senior Vice President Don Conrad and Chief Operating Officer Teri Van Frank, the company said.
