Two new hires recently came aboard at CO-OP Financial Services.

Bruce Felder has been named regional sales manager-credit union ATM services. He will be responsible for the CUSO's sales and business development for credit union ATM services such as the recently introduced CO-OP ATM Managed Services. Fielder joins CO-OP Financial from Elan Financial Services (formerly Genpass Technologies), where he spent eight years as vice president of sales, for this wholly owned subsidiary of US Bank. His responsibilities included new client sales in New Mexico, Texas and Utah, predominately in the community bank and credit union markets.

The Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based CO-OP Financial also hired Jim Blouin as regional sales manager-Northeast. With more than 20 years of credit, debit and ATM processing sales and relationship management experience, Blouin was previously at Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (formerly Certegy Card Services), where he spent more than 12 years. Blouin began his career with The Howard Bank NA/Banknorth Group Inc.
