Georgetown Kraft Credit Union, Georgetown, S.C., announced that Kevin K. Langford joined its staff as the new manager of data processing and information technology. Langford has over 10 years of technical experience, much of which he received aboard carrier ships with the US Navy. Indiana Credit Union League, Indianapolis, announced that it presented several credit union leaders with 2009 awards. Lisa Schlehuber, president/CEO of Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union in Indianapolis, and Vicki Garrett, vice chairman of the board at Energy Plus Credit Union, were honored with 2009 professional achievement awards. Matt Snively, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union, and Michael Hostetler, e-commerce and market research manager at Finance Center Federal Credit Union, each received a 2009 emerging leadership award.

Ent Federal Credit Union, Pueblo, Colo., announced that Valerie Rivera, was promoted to center manager of its' Decibel main service center. Rivera has more than nine years of financial industry experience and has been with the credit union since 2000. She most recently served as the center supervisor of the credit union's Spaulding location.
Redwood Credit Union, Petaluma, Calif., named Jana Boyle as branch manager for its Petaluma branch. Boyle has been with the credit union since 1995, serving most recently as business development manager. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and marketing from Sonoma State University. Boyle is active in the local community and volunteers on several committees.
Xceed Financial Credit Union, El Segundo, Calif., invited two members to fill open volunteer positions with the organization. Carolynn Brooks and Fred LaPointe accepted the invitations. Brooks currently serves as the chief diversity officer for OfficeMax, one of the credit union's SEGs. She has more than 15 years of human resources experience and is president of the OfficeMax Charitable Foundation and a member of the national Diversity Best Practices Leadership Council. LaPointe is assistant vice president for ACE Construction Group, another Xceed SEG. He has held a variety of positions in insurance underwriting, marketing and management. LaPointe holds several professional designations and was a teaching fellow at the University of North Texas in 2008.
Community One Federal Credit Union, Las Vegas, named Debbie Murphy the Montecito branch manager and Shelly Peterson the Shadow Creek branch manager. The credit union also named Tracey Haslem Tenaya branch lead teller. Rosa Alcantar was named Tenaya receptionist. Parker Busk and Gina Kerby were given Tenaya branch full-time teller positions. Jenny Villanueva was named Sahara branch loan officer. Nancy Payne was named Sahara lead teller. Aide Parra was named Renaissance branch lead teller. Henrietta Burist and Megan Prothero were named Montecito branch lead tellers. Ashley Martinez and Jackie Garcia were named as lead tellers for the credit union's Shadow Creek branch.

NewGround, St. Louis, Mo., announced that Larry Gandelman, formerly senior vice president-western operations, was promoted to senior vice president of program management. In his new position, Gandelman will oversee program management, focusing on increasing operational efficiencies and synergies. He is 25-year veteran of the financial services community.
Association for Financial Technology, Columbus, Ohio, announced the election of Bob Ezell, vice president of product marketing for Computer Services Inc., as president. David Foss, president of ProfitStars was appointed vice president and Kevin Tweddle, chief operating officer of Bank Intelligence Solutions, Fiserv, was appointed treasurer. Others elected to the association's board of directors were: Brian Otte, senior vice president of corporate development at Perimeter eSecurity; Kelli Schultz, senior vice president of business development at iPay Technologies; and Tom Shen, board member, CBG Holdings.
