First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, Fairhaven, Mass., announced the appointment of James R. Pratt Jr. to its supervisory committee. Pratt, the managing partner at Hodgson, Pratt & Associates, handles tax consultation and preparation for a wide range of tax matters including corporate, individual, real estate, bankruptcies and fiduciary and estate matters. He serves as the lead partner for clients from a variety of industries and also provides lifetime and family planning to individual clients. Pratt holds a master's degree in taxation from Bryant College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. He is active in the community and has served in various capacities for many local organizations.

Community First Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., announced the naming of Brent Mangini as director of consumer lending. Mangini, who holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Houston and a bachelor of science in business administration from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., has more than 14 years of management experience in the banking and credit industries. Most recently, he served as vice president of commercial lending at Branch Banking & Trust in Naples, Fla., and previously was credit supervisor for Compass Bank in Houston.
Card Services for Credit Unions, Clearwater, Fla., announced the promotion of Cassie Ricks to director of business development. Ricks has been with Card Services since 2007 and previously held the position of communications manager. Prior to joining the company she worked in the government sector as a public education coordinator. Card Services also announced the appointment of Senior Portfolio Consultant Ann M. Farrell to its portfolio consulting services department. Farrell previously worked for Greylock Federal Credit Union in Pittsfield, Mass., for more than seven years. She held several different positions with the credit union including Visa coordinator.

She has more than 14 years of experience in credit union management, operations, business development and member service. Winslow joined the credit union in 2007. The credit union also announced the hiring of Susan Keto as sales manager and Mark Grew as member relationship manager. Keto will manage the member relationship and sales programs at the credit union. She has more than 20 years of sales management and financial institution experience, including positions such as consumer lending manager, finance director, area manager and sales manager. Grew will oversee the credit union's Sifton branch. He has 20 years of diverse local financial institution experience, including previous positions in branch management and consumer lending. He specializes in member service, business development and relationship management.
Kinecta Federal Credit Union, Manhattan Beach, Calif., announced that Brian Robinett has been hired as vice president, mortgage lending operations. Robinett will oversee all aspects of wholesale and retail mortgage operations, including broker approvals, lock desk, processing, underwriting, funding and pooling and deliver. Robinett was most recently managing director/chief operating officer of the wholesale lending division at Countrywide/Bank of America.
Numerica Credit Union, Spokane, Wash., announced the hiring of Christina Burns as a business banking officer. Burns has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has volunteered for local chambers of commerce, the Boys & Girls club, Eastern Washington University, Spokane Business Builders, Lifeskills Education, United Way and is a board member of the American Cancer Society.
