Fiserv Solutions of Canada said it has signed an $865 million British Columbia institution as a new user of the company's Acumen core processing platform.
Westoba Credit Union becomes the fourth top-30 Canadian credit union to commit to the solution, and also has chosen the Wisdom accounting suite and ConvergeIT audio response system, the company said.
Fiserv said 12 customers have now selected the Acumen platform since January 2008. Recently re-named from iSpectrum, the Acumen solution was built for large credit unions and provides scalability, real-time processing, global capabilities and 360-degree member views, the company said.
