League of Southeast Picks New Treasurer Replacing Ousted Dalbey

The League of Southeastern Credit Unions has a new treasurer, Tina Williams, of Mobile, Ala., replacing Dale Dalbey, forced out last month from the LSCU board after his Birmingham CU, Mutual Savings, fell into NCUA conservatorship.

The League of Southeastern Credit Unions has a new treasurer, Tina Williams, of Mobile, Ala., replacing Dale Dalbey, forced out last month from the LSCU board after his Birmingham CU, Mutual Savings, fell into NCUA conservatorship.

Dalbey, a member of LSCU’s executive committee and a former chairman of the Alabama Credit Union League, had to resign his trade and CU jobs while a legal suit challenging the state action on Mutual continues in a Columbiana, Ala. state court.
