Speeches by all three NCUA Board members, discussions on topics ranging from executive compensation to regulatory policy, and a concert by Kenny Rogers are among the highlights of NAFCU's Annual Conference, which starts this Wednesday.

The event, which will take place at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center at National Harbor, Md., will also feature a speech by NAFCU President/CEO Fred Becker with approximately 40 general sessions and breakout sessions.

At a luncheon on Thursday, the association will honor the winners of its annual awards contest.

The conference ends on Saturday with former Congressman and television star Fred Grandy (best known for playing Gopher in "The Love Boat") speaking about the importance of giving back to one's community.
