NAFCU Board Members Shelley Clarke, Cutler Dawson and Michael Parsons won election to three-year terms in balloting that ended Tuesday.

Clarke, president/CEO of Goldenwest FCU in Ogden, Utah was elected to her first full, three-year term as an at-large director. Clarke was appointed to the board last August to the seat vacated by John Tippets when he retired as CEO of American Airlines FCU.

At-large Director Dawson, president/CEO of Navy FCU in Vienna, Virginia and Region I Director Parsons, president/CEO of First Source FCU in New Hartford, N.Y. were re-elected to their second terms.
