CHICAGO — Card Analysis Solutions, the CU card consultancy founded by Ondine Irving, has launched a Web site that Irving said will provide credit unions a place where they can compare notes and exchange suggestions for tackling card program problems.

“I have learned as much from my clients as they have from me and the combination of all this knowledge is powerful,” Irving said. “There is a wealth of information to share and nuances many of us neglect. This will also be an opportunity to raise universal concerns that credit unions may be having in a particular area, be it the best way to handle fraud, where to find cost savings, processor issues and recommendations from peers, what the most common rates and fees as well as the onslaught of expected regulatory changes in the next 18 months.
