Mass. CU Latest CUSO Partner

ADA, Mich. -- UMassFive College Federal Credit Union has become the seventh owner of CUSO Development Co., a provider of real estate, mortgage and title insurance products.

ADA, Mich. — UMassFive College Federal Credit Union has become the seventhowner of CUSO Development Co., a provider of real estate, mortgage and title insurance products.As the newest partner-owner of the CUSO, $247 million UMassFive College FCU will provide its members with mortgage lending and title insurance through CDC.“CDC is the first CUSO we have worked with as a part-owner,” said Kathy Hutchinson, CEO, UMassFive College FCU. “This partnership gives us a significant competitive advantage, so we are now better equipped to compete with larger banks and lenders.”CDC is now owned by 1st Advantage FCU, Bellwether Community CU, Belvoir FCU, CommonWealth One FCU, Community One FCU and Sun East FCU.–[email protected]
