Oceanside Christopher Federal Credit Union, Oceanside, N.Y., announced that Eva Casale was hired as the vice president of technology. Casale was previously at the diocese of Rockville Centre in New York where she worked as the assistant director of IT.

Jeanne D' Arc Credit Union, Lowell, Mass., has named James L. Milinazzo as its new vice president/ business services. Milinazzo will now be responsible for the credit union's business lending and business deposit services.

Northeast Family Federal Credit Union, Manchester, Conn., Director of Marketing and Member Development Fred Brown recently returned from a two-week exchange program in Trinidad and Tobago. Brown spent two weeks learning and sharing information with Eastern Credit Union in La Joya, Trinidad.

SOUTH

Robins Federal Credit Union, Warner Robins, Ga., selects three employees that excel in each of the following categories: managers, support department staff and branch staff every quarter. Collections Assistant Manager Wendy Christian, was selected as the manager of the quarter. Christian has been with the credit union since 1993. Lending Specialist Bobbi Jo Creamer has been selected as support department employee of the quarter. She has been with the credit union since 2004. Member Service Representative Vickie Bailey has been selected as the branch employee of the quarter. She has been with the credit union for four years.

Insight Financial Credit Union, Orlando, Fla., has hired Heather Bumgardner marketing executive and Carlos Herrera as public relations executive. Bumgardner will bring her previous experience as a marketing and business development specialist at McCoy Federal Credit Union to the position. Herrera will bring his knowledge of public relations and advertising with him to the position.

MIDWEST

Neighbors Credit Union, St. Louis, announced the addition of Kenneth Craycraft as the new vice president of information technology and Denise Brady as the new vice president of sales and services. In the newly established position, Craycraft will be responsible for establishing strategic direction and tactically driving and enhancing technology. He will apply his communications and technology experience to his new position. Brady will be responsible for the overall membership strategy. She has over 17 years of executive management experience in the credit union industry.

Heritage Federal Credit Union, Newburgh, Ind., announced that Karen Garrett has been promoted to the newly created position of director of lending resolutions. Garret previously worked as the collection supervisor. She will be responsible for the staff and operations of the lending resolutions team formally known as the collections department.
Members Cooperative Credit Union, Cloquet, Minn., has named Adele Hartwick to the board of directors of MCCU. Hartwick recently retired from a 30 year career at Advanstar Communications, where she served as vice president, treasurer and controller.

WEST

Ent Federal Credit Union, Colorado Springs, Colo., named Cathy Grossman director of corporate communication. Grossman will be responsible for guiding the strategic planning of corporate communications and community involvement. She has over 20 years of industry experience. Liz Finn has been promoted to Ent's director of center operations. Finn will oversee all 27 service centers. Finn, most recently a service area manager for Ent, has been with the credit union for over 17 years. Shannon Lathrop has been promoted to manager of Ent's Falcon service center. She has been with the credit union since 2002.

Greater Nevada Credit Union, Carson City, Nev., announced that Wally Murray, president/CEO of Greater Nevada Credit Union, was elected as the Nevada Credit Union League Board Chairman. Murray has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, all with the Greater Nevada Credit Union.

Idaho State Credit Union, Pocatello, Ind., has appointed Lisa Leyshon, an assistant controller at Idaho State University, to its board of directors. Prior to her appointment, she served on the credit union's supervisory committee for eight years.

VENDOR

The National Association of Credit Union Chairmen, Denver, recently held its annual business meeting. At the meeting, Howard Spencer was elected to serve as chairman for the board. Spencer has been a member of the NACUC board since 2000 and has served as vice chairman for the past year.

CMG Mortgage Insurance Co., San Francisco, announced that Mark Berkowitz is its new senior vice president and general manager. Berkowitz was formerly vice president for underwriting and operations. He has been with the company since 2004.

Card Services for Credit Unions, Clearwater, Fla., appointed Henry Wirz, president/CEO of SAFE Credit Union in North Highlands Calif., to its board of directors. Wirz has been with SAFE for nearly 30 years, and he has served as president since 1984. Wirz has served on the board of several other organizations, including chairman of CUNA's due diligence task force committee.
