NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — To help the industry address its challenges and the opportunities created through credit union collaborations, NACUSO has launched an education and certification program in partnership with Pepperdine University.

Under the tutelage of NACUSO President/CEO Tom Davis, the program aims to help implement collaborations and business networks to grow CU and help put the industry on a new growth trajectory. Program courses include “principles of networked businesses and networked business design” and “building the skill sets to manage collaborations and networked businesses.” Another course, “trust: the key to establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships,” will be taught by world-renowned CoveyLink Worldwide CEO Stephen M.
