CHICAGO, Ill. — Noted CU card consultant Ondine Irving's Card Analysis Solutions will offer its inaugural School of Credit Card Management in Chicago in December of this year.

The three day school will feature an address by noted management consultant Rex Johnson and presentations on card program management from credit unions which have learned to manage their own card programs successfully, according to a flier Card Analysis is preparing about the School.

Irving described the School's approach as one which seeks to empower credit unions to become more knowledgeable about their credit card program and more active in managing to profitability and greater member satisfaction.

“Our approach will be one of learning how to measure and evaluate your program, learning where and how to cut costs, how to get the most out of your relationship with your processor how to adopt current 'best practices' into your daily operations,” Irving said.
