SAN FRANCISCO -- Visa Inc. announced the winners of its 2007 Visa Service Quality Performance Awards that recognizes exceptional card operations performance by issuers, acquirers and processors.

SAN FRANCISCO — Visa Inc. announced the winners of its 2007 Visa Service Quality Performance Awards that recognizes exceptional card operations performance by issuers, acquirers and processors.

The award program is in its 16th year and awards are given based on transactions issued and acquired within the United States.
