BOISE, Idaho — Idaho credit unions held a year-long fundraising competition last year, raising $211,000 for the Children's Miracle Network through their Credit Unions for Kids program.
The Idaho Credit Union League announced the final number at its 72nd annual meeting. The donation brought the 13-year fund-raising total for Idaho credit unions to CMNto $1.5 million.
Credit unions across Idaho generated funds in a variety of ways to contribute to the cause. Some held monthly gift basket raffles, others held holiday bazaars and others offered loan skip-a-payment programs.
