WASHINGTON — Credit union board members who want to learn about regulatory and corporate governance requirements can attend one of the upcoming Directors Colleges sponsored by NASCUS.

The first two of the scheduled sessions are slated for Aug. 20 in Seattle and Sept. 24 in Detroit. Former NCUA Board Chairman Dennis Dollar will speak on director role and responsibilities at both sessions.

The Seattle meeting, which coincides with NASCUS' annual meeting, will feature talks by Linda Jekel, director of the Washington Credit Union Division, and Mike Delimont, the agency's program director.

The Michigan session will include talks by Roger Little, deputy commissioner, and John Kolhoff assistant director of the Credit Union Division of the Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation.
