PHOENIX — Faced with shrinking membership and a need to economize, state leagues, like the rest of the industry, are adapting to conditions and so far “there is no crystal ball” as to the future structure or service menu of the trade groups, the CEO-designate of the Credit Union Association of Oregon said Wednesday.

“We’ve all been carefully watching what’s happening in Oklahoma and the league landscape but it’s simply too early to speculate,” as to regional structures or new management contracts, declared Troy Stang, named this week as the new president of CUAO effective July 1.
