TEMPE, Ariz. — Todd Davis, CEO of LifeLock Inc., who advertises LifeLock services by publishing his social security number, has had his identity stolen multiple times according to a new class-action lawsuit filed against the company.
LifeLock has publicly acknowledged that Davis' identity was compromised once, but the suit states that Davis' identity has been stolen at least 20 times.
LifeLock was founded in 2005 and charges subscribers $10 a month to protect their identity.
