SAN DIMAS, Calif. — WesCorp announced a shift in its executive staff April 22, naming Jim Hayes chief financial officer and senior vice president, while promoting Tony Kitt to executive vice president of member services, creating a couple of new positions.
Hayes replaces longtime CFO Todd Lane, who left to take the
CEO job at Executive Compensation Solutions last month. Hayes has been WesCorp's resident examiner the past four years, following a six-year stint with the NCUA. Finance and accounting, facilities and administration, and human resources will all now report to him.
Kitt has been in charge of WesCorp's payment systems division the past four years, after a 20-year Air Force career. He will take over the new Member Services Department, which includes IT, marketing, member services and support, and business development.
WesCorp CEO Bob Siravo said he would now be looking to fill two positions: senior vice president of payment systems and chief of staff.
"The void (Lane) leaves behind creates an opportunity for us to look at the current structure of the organization and make positive adjustments," Siravo said. "This is a continuing evolution of where we are going with our client-centric culture."
