MURRIETA, Calif. — Six more credit unions will be cleaning up the old mailing lists with software from CUTEK, a consultancy that specializes in working with the Symitar Episys core processing system.

They are $3.5 billion Alaska USA FCU of Anchorage, $1.8 billion Mission FCU of San Diego, $1 billion Apple FCU of Fairfax, Va., $599 million CoVantage CU of Antigo, Wis., $236 million First U.S. Community CU of Sacramento, and $97 million Delaware State Police FCU of Georgetown, Del.

There now are 36 credit unions signed to use Correio, a real-time, multi-point solution that pushes the U.S. Postal Service's address database, which is updated twice monthly, into the Symitar Episys system, according to CUTEK (www.cutek.net).

When the credit union's member service representative (MSR) types in an address, Correio kicks in by validating the address. If the address is bad, a dialog box containing an alert appears onscreen.
