SAN DIMAS, Calif. — WesCorp announced a shift in its executive staff yesterday, naming Jim Hayes chief financial officer and senior vice president, promoting Tony Kitt to executive vice president of Member Services, and creating a couple of new positions.
Hayes replaces longtime CFO Todd Lane, who left to take the CEO job at Executive Compensation Solutions last month. He takes over a department that oversees Finance and Accounting, Facilities and Administration, and Human Resources.
Kitt is in charge of a new Member Services Department, which includes IT, marketing, member services and support, and business development.
WesCorp CEO Bob Siravo said he would now be looking to fill two positions: senior vice president of payment systems and chief of staff.
“The void (Lane) leaves behind creates an opportunity for us to look at the current structure of the organization and make positive adjustments,” Siravo said. “This is a continuing evolution of where we are going with our client-centric culture.”
